BC Dolce (ABCA 518745)
BC Dolce was bred by Robin Brown of Broken Circle Border Collies. Her dam BC Quill represents several decades of careful breeding for working ranch dogs by Robin. Her sire is Robin's imported stud Imp Burndale Ben (Reserve Champion at the 2024 Calgary Stampede). Dolce is quick little dog with a big heart. She works sheep and cattle equally well. She won the 2024 SWCDA Ranch Dog of the Year (cattle) with just handful of trial entered and won a national title at her first MSSA finals event in 2025 (in the Old Timers Horseback class). She also finished 9th out of 56 teams in the 2025 MSSA Sheep Finals. Dolce is definitely partnered up with Guy and always shows up to work with an awesome attitude. She's a big snuggler in the house and loves to nap on the couch. She's a sweet, social soul and gets along well with all dogs. Dolce was tested with Optimal Selection and is a CEA-carrier. Thus she will only to be bred to males who are CEA clear. She is clear of all other genetic diseases including early onset deafness. He has OFA certified hips rated good and elbows normal. She weights approximately 32 lbs.
